The locals mounted automatic attack on California's high-speed rail plan Tuesday evening at the community forum hosted by Assemblyman David Valadao, R-Hanford, the Chamber of the Bakersfield City Council.
The Forum comes in the wake of almost $ 100 billion in new projects, business plans revamped California high-speed rail Authority Board Vice Chairman Tom Richards called "apprisal most realistic high-speed rail we have ever had."
Assemblywoman Shannon Grove, R-Bakersfield, who helped lead the meeting, announced Tuesday that he will co-author the Act of State voters give an opportunity to rethink their approval of the 2008 bond measure that launched the project tracks the debate.
